Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also contain the original tags and seals attached as received and free of any odour. Ultimately, it is our discretion to determine whether the returned item(s) is deemed appropriate for a refund or exchange.

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You must inform us via email before sending out your item at: info@rajanicouture.com with details and reasons of the refund or exchange request.

If any of the following conditions are met, we can not process a refund or exchange:
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after purchase


Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Your refund amount will include the purchase price of the item(s) returned, excluding the initial shipping cost at time of purchase.

For exchanges, please email us at info@rajanicouture.com to tell us which item you'd like to exchange. Note that the item being exchanged can only be exchanged for the same style. Only a different colour or size can be exchanged.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@rajanicouture.com.


Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if we are sending out an exchanged item or rejected return, we will pay those shipping costs to get the correct item or the rejected item to you at no extra costs.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
